What we install
Everything from boltless shelving to automated high bay. We work install-only or install and plant, as labour-only operatives, supervisors or full project crews, depending on what your programme needs.
ASRS and automated systems
Miniload, high bay, crane and shuttle-based automated storage. Installed to FEM tolerances so the automation runs.
Pallet racking
Adjustable pallet racking, double deep, narrow aisle. The bread and butter, done properly.
Drive-in and drive-through
High-density lanes where rail alignment decides whether the trucks get in and out.
Shuttle racking
Semi-automated lanes. Rail level and lane squareness matter more than anywhere else.
Pallet flow and push-back
Gravity lanes with rollers and brakes. Pitch set right or the pallets don't move.
Clad rack and high bay
Racking that is the building. Craned, surveyed, and bolted up to 35 metres.
Mezzanines and multi-tier
Rack-supported and free-standing mezzanines, multi-tier shelving with walkways.
Cantilever racking
Columns and arms for long, awkward loads. Timber, pipe, steel, boards.
Shelving and carton live
Longspan, boltless, carton flow. Fast to put up, easy to get wrong at scale.
How a job runs with us
Drawings and dates
Send the GA drawings, the delivery schedule and the site constraints. We review and price it, usually within days.
Method and RAMS
Our RAMS written for your site, not a template. Lift plans where cranes are involved. Supervisor named before we arrive.
Set out and survey
Floor levels checked, grid set out, anchors tested. For automation, the datum survey is where the tolerance is won or lost.
Build
Uprights, beams, bracing, decking, rails, guards. Torque records kept. Daily progress reported against programme.
Verify and hand over
Plumb, level and straightness measured and recorded. Snag list cleared. Handover pack issued so your client sign-off is painless.
Where we work
Based in Hinckley, Leicestershire and Întorsura, Dolj. Regular work across the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and France, and crews available for anywhere in the EU. Travel, accommodation and cross-border paperwork are handled by us.
Who we work for
Racking manufacturers, automation integrators and principal contractors fitting out distribution centres, cold stores, manufacturing plants and retail RDCs. We are on the approved subcontractor lists of the largest racking manufacturers in Europe, and we have passed their vetting year after year. Case studies and references on request, under the usual confidentiality.
