Mezzanine, shelving and cantilever installation
Rack-supported and free-standing mezzanines, multi-tier shelving with walkways, longspan, boltless, carton live and cantilever. The systems that get a warehouse working as well as storing.
Mezzanine floors
Free-standing mezzanines on columns, or rack-supported floors where the shelving carries the deck. Either way the floor has to be level, the decking tight, the edge protection complete and the stairs compliant before anyone walks on it. We install the structure, the decking, the handrails, stairs, pallet gates and fire protection where it is part of the package.
Multi-tier shelving
Shelving stacked two or three levels high with walkways between. Lots of components, lots of repetition, and a tolerance that compounds across hundreds of bays. We build these in a sequence that keeps everything square from the first run to the last.
Cantilever racking
Columns with arms for the loads that don't fit in a pallet: timber, pipe, extrusions, boards, furniture. Base plates, columns, bracing and arms set to the load drawing, with the arm pitch checked so long loads sit on the right number of supports.
Longspan, boltless and carton live
Fast to put up, which is exactly why it is so often put up carelessly. We install shelving with the same plumb and level checks as pallet racking, and carton live lanes set to the pitch that makes the boxes flow.
