Work with a crew that trains you properly
We hire installers and we take on subcontract crews. Either way you get real sites, real automation, proper kit and a qualification nobody else offers.
Join as an installer
You might be experienced on pallet racking and want to move into automation. You might be new to racking with a trade background and a head for heights. Both work for us.
What you get
- CSCS, IPAF, first aid and the rest of the cards paid for, not deducted
- Our own ASRS installer qualification, assessed on site, certificated, and twelve safety modules through the training portal
- Travel and accommodation arranged and paid when you are away
- Supervisors who have done the job, not just managed it
- Work on both sides of the Channel, with the paperwork handled for you
What we need
- Right to work in the UK. For jobs in Europe we post you under an A1 certificate, with the paperwork done by us
- Comfortable at height, physically fit, able to pass a safety-critical medical
- Reliable. Sites run on programmes and programmes run on people turning up
- English or Romanian; most of our crews speak both
Engineering graduate rather than installer? There is a separate route: the Graduate Development Programme, eighteen months leading to Automated Systems Installation Engineer.
Join as a subcontract crew
If you run a crew and want steady, well-organised work on big projects, we are worth talking to. We bring the contract, the RAMS, the supervision and the compliance. You bring a team that can build.
How it works
- Clear scope and rates agreed before you start, paid on time
- You work under our supervisors and our site rules
- Your people go through the same right-to-work and competence checks as ours
- Good crews get called first for the next job
What we need from you
- Insurance, CSCS cards and training records for everyone you send
- Right to work in the UK for everyone you send. For European jobs, A1 posting in order, or the willingness to sort it with our help
- Racking experience on at least one of the major European manufacturers' systems
